The essential function of this position is to provide operational, secretarial, and administrative support to the Direction of Madison House, as appropriate. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the building operations are running smoothly (i.e. family/patients complaints regarding apartment, heat & air, etc.) as well as coordinating office space. This person is also responsible for the coordination of building inspections (i.e. Moody Sprinkler, Simplex Grinnel.) He/she manages all billing and accounts payable. This position exercises independent judgment in evaluating, assessing, and prioritizing projects and directly assists the Director of Madison House in the performance of his/her duties. The utmost confidentiality is both critical and essential as this position routinely handles information of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
High School: Associates Degree preferred: 3-5 years as an administrative assistant.
BLSis required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, PACU, Medical Emergency Team and Anesthesia require ACLS. Pediatrics, SICU, Emergency Department and Medical Emergency Team also require PALS.
