Advertising Account Coordinator Jobs tasks include but are not limited to: Schedule orders for print and digital advertising - traffic ad copy and art work, coordinate with customers and account executives to review ads and proof changes. Utilize proficiency in office technologies to support sales teams assist with technology updates, create proposal presentations, input activity into customer relations manager program. Set up new customer accounts. Coordinate with accounting and account executives to process payments, set up contracts, reconcile past due accounts.
Job requirements include but are not limited to: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner to meet multiple deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point required; Knowledge of Sugar CRM or other CRM preferred.
