Administrative/Inventory Clerk Requirements:
Experience working with purchase orders, shipping and
receiving Retail experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills Strong computer proficiency in applications such as
Microsoft Office Willingness/ability to work overtime and weekends
Must be reliable and responsible Great organizational skills
Team mentality and willingness to assist in all
departments if needed Friendly and knowledgeable when answering the phone,
taking messages, or redirecting calls to appropriate
We are currently seeking an experienced, competent
Administrative/Inventory Clerk to perform various administrative,
clerical, and inventory control tasks.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office,
including answering the phone, organizing files/documents,
copying/printing, and more. She/he will have the ability to
work diligently and independently to help maintain efficient office
operations. Reliability and a strong work ethic with great
communication skills are a must. Familiarity with all necessary
office equipment and procedures is required.
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Overtime and weekend work possible at times.
