Customer Solution Specialist
Assist customers in need of roadside assistance via phone, selecting and dispatching service providers, customer care and follow-up. ***Computer Skills a MUST*** We are looking for English and Spanish speaking individuals.
1. Answer inbound customer calls.
2. Determine customer needs through active listening.
3. Ask essential probing questions to understand each customer’s unique situation.
4. Communicate via phone to external service providers to dispatch correct service.
Preferred Competency: **Fluent Bilingual** (Spanish or French Preferred)

1. Min 1 yr. Customer Service Experience
2. Call Center Experience Preferable
3. Typing /PC Skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Software
4. Ability to multitask use multiple screen and data bases with ease
5. PeopleSoft Experience a plus
6. High School Diploma or its equivalent
