Individuals in this position are required to provide proactive, remote and onsite Tier 2 engineering support to clients as needed. Tier 2 engineering is defined as Intermediate to Advanced level PC, Server, Software, Security and Networking support across multiple vendors and platforms. Other duties include security solutions implementation/management (firewalls, AMP, DNS Content Filtering, etc.), system patching solutions implementation/oversight, customer site system/server/network deployments, and other proactive IT support processes.
